to yourself.

This is an ongoing attempt to make ideas about leadership, self-awareness, and change genuinely useful to the people navigating them.

The best conversations
about leadership happen
outside the boardroom.

Most of what I know about leadership has come not from reading about it but from sitting with it — in coaching sessions, in workshops, in conversations that started as debrief and ended somewhere much more honest. This page is where some of that thinking becomes visible.

The podcast goes deepest. The articles hold the ideas still long enough to examine them. The LinkedIn posts are what shows up when something strikes me as true and worth saying quickly. All of it is offered freely, because the work matters more than the reach.

ARTICLES & WRITING

Ideas that need more room than a
LinkedIn post allows.

Longer pieces on leadership, coaching, emotional intelligence, and the conditions that allow people to change. Published here and on LinkedIn. Written to be useful, not to perform expertise.

STAY IN TOUCH

Get occasional thinking
from Moumita —
when it's worth sending.

This is not a newsletter with a publishing schedule to maintain. This is also not a fortnightly digest of content you already saw on LinkedIn.

What I will send across will be occasional and at times, personal.

Sent when there’s something worth sharing. Maybe a new episode, a piece of writing, something that came up in a coaching conversation.

  • New podcast episodes — when they go up, with a note on why this conversation felt important
  • New articles — sent the week they publish, with a personal note on what prompted them
  • Occasional reflections — observations from coaching work that feel broadly relevant, shared without identifying anyone

Nothing you didn’t ask for. Unsubscribe with one click, any time.

Let's stay connected.

Tell me a little about yourself so what I send is actually relevant to you.

If something landed, if a question got sharper, if you feel strongly about a topic, or if you found yourself thinking “that’s exactly it,” that’s usually the right moment to reach out.
